Lucy danced as a child, loved athletics, netball, hockey, women’s rugby and ran the Flora London Marathon in 2001. She began training in yoga and martial arts, including wing chun and Shaolin Performance (photo above). She has lived in a retreat and orphanage in Thailand to learn healing arts. In India she was at the forefront of a branded gym environment being rolled out, a martial arts expert and yoga teacher, also a functional fitness and HIIT personal trainer.

Most recently Lucy coaches rugby at CRFC and works with her sister to ensure player welfare is at the forefront.
